Paradise Host Lions Club
What is be better than helping people? Only one thing….it is having a way to help people help people.
Today our Food Drive in front of SaveMart in Paradise brought in – 268 pounds of food collected, $280 in cash donated and another possible new member. We have also collected 636 pounds of food and an additional $353 in cash.
A favorite today was watching a young man that came in to buy toilet paper and Lysol give us 5 bags of groceries. But the best was the 3 little children that each gave us $1, that smiled ear to ear because they knew they were helping.
I could not be more proud to be a part of this amazing town.
